Arrows

Left Arrow

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards.

When life seems to be dragging on, when the darkness seems to be closing in and everything is so overwhelming remember this.  Something great is just around the corner, you just need to let go and soar.

This last week, I spent in Dallas Texas, at a Meg Bitton | Souls Imagined workshop. I was so upset about spending the money on the workshop (A whopping $3500 after plane tickets were bought) and I was insecure about my gear.

You see, I don’t run out and buy the newest and greatest gear. I have professional quality, but just not the newest. Deep down, I was insecure about that, and worried about if Meg would think, Oh lord, look at this girl, what is she doing HERE.

But she didn’t, nobody did. Nobody cared, everyone was just there to enjoy the experience and learn from Meg.

This can be applied to all aspects of our lives! Nobody cares what jeans you’re wearing, what type of car you have or how nice your house is. People care about how you treat them, and what your attitude and moral says about you.

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards, you can only succeed in this life by daring to fail, and daring to fail greatly!

“Only those who dare to fail greatly, will ever succeed greatly.” Robert Kennedy.
